Spectrecom are a young company with a good understanding of our sector and producing quality work. However, we realised that our we were not doing ourselves justice in our marketing, especially online.

 Talent Lab’s approach was to help us initially, via a survey and challenging workshop, to define and then refine our brand, creating a marketing strategy with our senior team that put a new website at its heart. For example, they managed to analyse customers’ drivers for choosing Spectrecom along the lines of price, sector and production values – and then create a site that allowed each audience to be taken on their own relevant journey of discovery where the film was at the centre of each visit.

 On launch of the new site, visits doubled overnight and client bookings soon followed. We have now moved into a bigger studio closed to central London and our brand and business is expanding, thanks in no small way to Talent Lab’s work with us.
